From a young age, Carrie-Anne knew she wanted to act. She was drawn not just to acting, but to the art of storytelling—and it was storytelling expressed through acting that inspired her most. She has spent the past 25 years living that dream, telling stories to her audiences, and capturing moments of transformation in movies and cinema.
Though she is blessed with her work, it is her marriage and family that are her deepest callings and have brought Carrie-Anne the greatest joy. As a mother and wife, she is able to embody her true self and to engage in her most authentic work in this life.
Carrie-Anne is a student and teacher of Kundalini Yoga—a technology that has changed her life and that she feels compelled to share. Her Kundalini practice has given her a remarkable freedom through discipline that enables her to live a life of satisfaction and nourishment.
