SWEET VIBRATION

When you cook for yourself and others, put your heart into it. Even if it’s a piece of toast, create it with care and with love. Play some elevating music and sing into the food. Pour your being into the food as the most sacred dance. When you choose to eat at restaurants, choose places that have a high vibration, a good feeling, happy chefs and loving servers.

Hi beauties!

I stumbled upon a little organic juice shop while working one day in New York. The word “Organic” lured me in, but what I found inside was the sweetest of vibrations. A young woman was working there. She wore an apron and was reading a raw cookbook. She looked up from her book and greated me with her presence. Her eyes were soft and kind. During our conversation she shared with me the owner’s intentions with this restaurant ... CSA farm share deliveries; small organic garden growing on the side of the patio by a man from California; local and seasonal recipes.

She explained what they had that day for juice and lovingly showed me each veggie. She made me the most delicious juice—a perfect pairing of veggie, pear and ginger. It was amazing. But what truly made this such a healing elixir for me was her vibration. Her energy was in the drink. Of course it was.

Every meal you eat has the vibration of the one who prepared it. It makes a difference.

Let me gently encourage you ... when you cook for yourself and others, put your heart into it. Even if it’s a piece of toast, create it with care and with love. Play some elevating music and sing into the food. Pour your being into the food as the most sacred dance. When you choose to eat at restaurants, choose places that have a high vibration, a good feeling, happy chefs and loving servers.

The woman at the juice shop was simply a pure, loving person. I love to support these kinds of businesses. Where we spend our money is one of the most powerful statements we make. Be mindful of your vibration and elevate it through opening your heart.

With love,
Carrie-Anne
